Popular Robotics Refund Policy

* For online services hosted on Robociti

Before the buyer starts using any of our paid services (e.g. activating a subscription, starting courses, requesting code reviews and others), and for fourteen (14) days after the purchase was completed, the buyer is eligible to request a refund of 95% of the fee they have paid, by sending an email with their request at our email address sales@robociti.com.

If the refund is approved, we will deduct 5% of the original amount of payment to cover bank/online payment transaction fees, which are not refundable. The refund will be transferred to the buyer's original payment method (credit/debit card or others) within 7-10 days after the buyer's refund application is approved, using the payment system the buyer used to complete the purchase (e.g. Stripe or others).

* For online services hosted on Robociti (that require shipment, e.g. Wheely Starter/Robot Kit, or others)

Packages are usually shipped 1-5 days after the purchase is completed. Before the package is shipped, the buyer is eligible to request a refund of 95% of the fee they have paid, by sending an email with their request at our email address sales@robociti.com. If the refund is approved, we will deduct 5% of the original amount of payment to cover bank/online payment transaction fees, which are not refundable. The refund will be transferred to the buyer's original payment method (credit/debit card or others) within 7-10 days after the buyer's refund application is approved, using the payment system the buyer used to complete the purchase (e.g. Stripe or others).

If a refund is requested after the package is shipped, the buyer is eligible to request a refund of the fee they have paid, but in this case, we will deduct 5% of the original amount of payment to cover bank/online payment transaction fees, which are not refundable, and we will also deduct all shipping fees occurred, including the shipping fees to the shipment destination and any possible fees for returning the package back to the origin of shipment.

The refund will be transferred to the buyer's original payment method (credit/debit card or others) within 7-10 days after the buyer's refund application is approved, using the payment system the buyer used to complete the purchase (e.g. Stripe or others).

After the package is received by the buyer, and for seven (7) days after the day of the package arrival, the buyer is eligible to request a refund of the fee they have paid, but in this case, we will deduct 5% of the original amount of payment to cover bank/online payment transaction fees, which are not refundable, and we will also deduct all shipping fees occurred, including the shipping fees to the shipment destination. The buyer has to cover any possible fees for returning the package back to the origin of shipment and the refund will be approved only as long as the buyer can guarantee the product is kept in its original package, unused, unbroken, and can be used for re-sale.

The refund will be transferred to the buyer's original payment method (credit/debit card or others) within 7-10 days after we have received the product and confirmed that it’s kept in its original package, unused, unbroken, and can be used for re-sale, using the payment system the buyer used to complete the purchase (e.g. Stripe or others).

After seven (7) days of the package delivery, no refund is allowed.
